Interdenominational Church

*OUR HISTORY*
Fifty Three years ago a number of people gathered and discussed the possibility of an interdenominational church in the Reynoldsville area. After careful consideration, they felt this was certainly the will of God. Pastor Myers decided to take a Methodist church in Alabama for at least a year. After a year, the Myers family felt led to start the journey Nor

th, where they would start to build a church that believed and practice "old time" religion. On June 17,1968 a little group of people met in the Rathmel grange hall with 19 people present. It was only a short time until the growing group purchased a brick building on Jackson Street in Reynoldsville. That building became too small in a year’s time, so a steel building was purchased that would accommodate three hundred. Two years quickly passed by and soon it was evident by growth that another building must be built. A seventy-seven acre piece of ground was obtained between Reynoldsville and Falls Creek where another building that would accommodate one thousand was erected .During the time of moving from one building to another, daily radio broadcasts and weekly television programs were started.
