Why is it important to gather with other Alliance women from around our district for our district AW conferences or around the U.S. at the national conferences?
A friend from Japan explains it so eloquently in this post.
She says,
"Today was the annual Women’s Gathering, a special time we look forward to each year. Every year, this conference is a wonderful time of fellowship for the women, but this year was especially joyful—we laughed so much that it felt like our hearts were overflowing with gladness.
The program always begins with a worship service. The message was filled with powerful words that touched our hearts.
Even as we each face difficult and demanding challenges in life, this is precisely why gatherings like this—where Alliance women come together beyond the boundaries of individual churches—are so meaningful. This gathering is truly unique, and without a doubt, it is a deeply fulfilling and essential time for us as Alliance women.
May the Lord continue to unite us, strengthen us, and fill us with His joy and peace."
