A big shout out to soon to be Eagle Scout, Andrew and his boy scout troop for the awesome Eagle Scout Project of building a community garden in our over-grown planter!!!! It was a hot and busy day on Sunday but this crew worked hard, removed all of the old plants and weeds and gave us some beautiful planter boxes, flowers, veggies, and a fresh new look for the whole plaza! We continue to be a small slice of the kingdom right here in Hunters Woods Plaza! Come check it out!

The renovations of our building are coming along! Fresh paint, new furniture, new doors, fixed ceiling outside, fixed steps, doors that open 180 degrees, new railings, bar tops, and more! There is still a few more things to come but we are getting close to completing this 50th Anniversary project!

Thanks to your generosity we not only met our goal of donating 100 backpacks but almost doubled it with 171 backpacks donated! Plus the hundreds of other school supply items you donated! All of this was combined with so much more from all around the county and delivered to Cornerstones for distribution to families in need. May God bless these backpacks and all the students, teachers, and administrators who are preparing to head back to school or have just started back!
