Last week we ended 21 days of prayer and fasting for the youth and young adults in our region. We prayed nightly for 21 days asking the Lord to pour out His love, mercy and presence on them. On the last day of our fast, we gathered for a time of worship and corporate prayer. We saw salvations and a powerful outpouring of the presence of the Lord as 16 teens and young adults got filled with the Holy Spirt.” We are hearing powerful testimonies from them as well as their parents and we are witnessing a deep hunger for the scriptures and a fervent embrace of the discipleship process. “And it will be in the last days, says God, “” I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh, “” And your sons and your daughters will prophesy, “” And your young men will see visions, “” And your old men will dream dreams; even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy…” Acts 2:17-18
