Deaf prophecy camp over Labor Day weekend. We have around 35 here right now it’s a great weekend.

For those interested in learning with us about saffron harvest and processing. We are opening our doors for people to come out and help. There will be rooms available free of charge for those that will be traveling to get here . Saffron harvest starts early at Sunrise and will stop before noon. We are looking for volunteers to help pick and to help process the saffron. Come volunteer in the morning and learn with us then spend the rest of your day in our beautiful valley. We have lots to do especially for the rockhounds. This is our first year but the saffron should be blooming in the month of October. It took us a while to plant 50,000 so they should be blooming the entire month. We have 9 motel rooms available 5 log cabins and several Rv spots open.

Today is Debbie and mine 27th Anniversary. We are at a small lake taking a picture in a bridge with the sunset in lakeside Az. A man and his wife Gary and Stephanie stopped to ask if we were enjoying the view we got to talking and he came to camp many years ago with a group of kids from Temple Baptist in LasCruces. He was a missionary in Madrid Spain for years then moved to LasCruces. They still get our camp letters and updates what a small world to run into them on a bridge we never planned to go to. God is good.

God is so good . We were in Pinetop lakeside. getting nerf guns and roller skates which we got 21 guns and five pair of roller skates . And when I was checking out I was telling the cashier about the calmp and what we do .he got excited and said he came to camp as a kid. He is Apache and came with McNary Baptist church on the white mountain reservation. I

Lightning strike behind the neighbors next to the cook out. It is going and has been growing g for the past hour and a half. Pray for safety and for some more rain to help put it out.
