We’re excited to welcome everyone to Emerald Crossing as we spend the week learning about God’s love and guidance through Psalm 23.

Each evening will include Bible lessons, music, games, crafts, dinner, and plenty of fun as we grow together in faith.

Today we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives for our freedom. 🇺🇸

Their sacrifice will never be forgotten, and we are forever grateful for the price they paid. As we gather with family and friends this Memorial Day, may we take a moment to reflect on the true meaning of this day and pray for the families of those who served so selflessly.

SUNDAY SERMON RECAP 🤍

We continued in Luke 12:13-34 and were reminded of a truth our hearts need often: life is not measured by what we have, but by who we belong to.

Jesus warns us not to store up treasures for ourselves while neglecting what matters most. It is easy to get caught up in wanting more, planning for more, and worrying about more. But God calls us to live with open hands, trusting Him as our provider.

If He cares for the birds of the air and clothes the lilies of the field, how much more will He care for His children?

Today’s message reminded us to loosen our grip on the temporary and fix our hearts on the eternal. Worry does not add to our lives, but trust in God changes the way we live.

“But seek his kingdom, and these things will be provided for you.”
Luke 12:31

Y’all showed UP for this fundraiser! 🙌🏼

Our Baker Baptist Church t-shirt orders are officially in and will be ready for pickup this Sunday! We cannot wait to see everyone wearing them.

A huge thank you to Christy Clements and Sweet Georgia Graphics for doing such an amazing job. We are so thankful for the time, talent, and care that went into these shirts!

Because of your support, we were able to raise $1,500 for missions in Mexico. Shoes are $10 a pair, and Pastor Benjamin’s church has 50 kids who will be receiving shoes. The remaining funds will go directly to Pastor Benjamin’s church plant in Mexico. What a blessing!

Be on the lookout next week because we will be opening another order! This time, we will be offering multiple colors, short sleeve shirts, long sleeve shirts, and sweatshirts in both designs.

Thank you again for supporting missions through Baker Baptist Church. We are so excited to see how God continues to use this!

Sunday Sermon Recap | 5.10.26
Luke 12:1-12

We were reminded that following Jesus calls us to live with sincerity, courage, and trust. In Luke 12, Jesus warns against hypocrisy and reminds His followers that nothing is hidden from God. He sees the heart, knows every detail, and calls us to fear Him above the opinions of people.

We were also encouraged by the truth that we are deeply known and deeply valued by God. If He cares for the sparrows, how much more does He care for His children?

As we walk into a new week, may we live boldly for Christ, trust the Holy Spirit to guide our words, and remember that our faith is never meant to be hidden.

“Fear not; you are of more value than many sparrows.”
Luke 12:7

Missions Monday 🌍

Please join us in praying for Pastor Prim and the children in India as VBS is taking place this week! What a beautiful reminder that the Gospel reaches across every language, culture, and country.

These photos capture more than just games and activities. They show children hearing about Jesus, learning God’s Word, worshipping together, and being loved well. From Bible lessons and crafts to meals and laughter, seeds are being planted that only God can grow.

We are thankful for faithful servants like Pastor Prim who continue sharing the hope of Christ with the next generation. Pray for strength, encouragement, protection, and for many hearts to come to know Jesus through this ministry. ❤️
