We were profoundly blessed by the first-time visit of H.G. Geevarghese Mar Yulios, Metropolitan of Kunnumkulam Diocese and Assistant Metropolitan of Thiruvananthapuram, who joined us for Vespers and Divine Liturgy.

​Alongside this spiritual joy, our parish family proudly recognized our Diocese-level CWE winners and our recent graduates. We are so proud of your hard work and dedication!

​May God grant His Grace many blessed years in his ministry.

A historic and grace-filled conclusion to a beautiful visit.

​On Saturday, June 6th—the final day of his Apostolic Visit—our parish was deeply blessed by the presence of our Shepherd, His Holiness Moran Mar Baselios Marthoma Mathews III, Malankara Metropolitan and Catholicos of the East who celebrated the Divine Liturgy, tonsured five new acolytes to serve in the Holy Altar, and blessed the foundation stone for our future church building.

​We, the St. Thomas Orthodox Church of Seattle family, are forever grateful for the precious time spent with our Spiritual Father. We pray that the Holy Spirit continues to strengthen His Holiness to lead the Holy Church, granting him many years as a faithful steward in Christ’s vineyard.

Glory to God for a soul-nourishing Lenten retreat.

​In the midst of the Great Fast, we were blessed to set aside our "earthly cares" and enter into a time of deep meditation and prayer. A heartfelt thank you to Rev. Fr. Varghese Kaleekal (Assistant Vicar, St. Gregorios SFO) for his profound guidance on our Lenten theme:

​“Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst?” (1 Cor 3:16)
