Save this post to pray these scriptures over your children’s lives. They may never know the way those who loved them fought for through prayer.
For their life choices
Lord, I pray as I do my best to train up my children in the way that they should go that you would allow them to not depart from it as they get older. (Proverbs 22:6)
For their faith
Lord,
I pray that my children would trust in you with all your heart, and not lean on their own understanding. In all their ways let them acknowledge you, and please make their paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6)
For their safety
Lord,
I pray you would rescue my children from every evil deed and bring them safely into your heavenly kingdom. To you be the glory forever and ever. (2 Timothy 4:18)
For their friends
Lord, I pray that my children would walk with the wise so that they also will become wise, and guard them from the company of fools so that they will not suffer harm. (Proverbs 13:20)
