It is with sadness that we share the passing of former parishioner Edward John Salisz.
During his retirement in Canadian Lakes, Edward faithfully served as a Knight of Columbus and as an usher at St. Michael Parish.
Please keep Edward and his loved ones in your prayers.

Congratulations to George Groll on winning the 2026 Mecosta County Fairgrounds Celebrity Race! 🏆
George had an incredible crowd cheering him on every step of the way.

It is with great sadness that we share with you the passing of our parishoner and friend, Richard “Dick” Guzal.
Please keep his wife Sandy, his entire family and all his friends in your prayers.

Dick’s funeral mass will be held on July 17, 2026 at St. Michael Catholic Church at 11 a.m. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral mass.

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our parishioner, Norman Letter, beloved son of Mary Letter.
Please keep Mary, & all who mourn his loss in your prayers.
The Mass of Christian Burial for Norman will be celebrated on Thurs, July 9, at 11 am, with a luncheon immediately following.
All parishioners are welcome to join us as we commend Norman to the Lord & celebrate his life.

As we celebrate 250 years of independence, we thank God for the blessings of faith, freedom, and community. Let us pray for our nation and ask the Lord to continue guiding us in peace, faith, unity, love and hope.

Heavenly Father, bless the United States of America. Grant wisdom to our leaders, courage to those who serve, and peace to all people. Unite us in faith, compassion, and respect for one another. May we always seek Your Truth and strive to build a society that reflects Your love and justice. Amen.
