On a night when the Dropbox video wouldn't share (next week!) we got to consider a poem, the idea that Jesus himself was pretty distressed and acknowledged that he didn't necessarily come bringing peace (Luke 12), and what it means to inject transforming courage into places of darkness.
Breathe slowly, in and out, 1-2-3-4, hold-2-3-4, out-2-3-4, hold-2-3-4. More-God-more-courage; more-God-more-faith; More-God-more-peace. More God more peace.
