Gilboa Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a spirit-led, biblically grounded Pastor to lead our congregation into its next season of ministry. Located in a rural community, our church has a rich heritage of faithful service, Christ-centered worship, and strong fellowship.
Qualifications:
• A clear calling to pastoral ministry
• A strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Agreement with Baptist principles
• Ability to preach and teach the Word of God effectively
• Compassionate leadership and a shepherd’s heart
Responsibilities:
• Preach and teach during regular services
• Provide pastoral care and spiritual leadership
• Promote development of youth programs
• Lead outreach and missions efforts
• Guide the church in vision and discipleship
• Work alongside deacons and ministry teams
