Unfortunately,
There will NOT be a TTC this year.
Due to critical staff medical issues and continued covid concerns earlier this spring - Has made it difficult to plan accordingly.
It is possible that we will have a smaller backpack event
We will post on this page if and when we set a date!

A Hot Meal that never ended----

Donations from several local churches, individuals, community groups, Jaycees, FlowerBuds, Lands End, Skinner Transfer, Reedsburg Police Department, Reedsburg School District and the City of Reedsburg.

Touched Twice Clinic 2019. Days like that are what "Church" is all about. Its not about the building or the denomination- It's encouraging each other and giving thanks to the One who provides hope and desires to have a relationship with each one of us personally.

The Touched Twice Clinic is in crucial need of more Companions for this Saturday, August 17th from
10:00am-2:00pm at the RACA Building in Nishan Park.

Refresher training is Saturday from 8:30am-9:15am, with the clinic tour at 9:30am.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
You are welcomed to participate, even if you can only help for a couple of hours.

New Companion Training will be at the RACA Building:

Tuesday, August 13th 6:30pm-8:00pm
OR
Thursday, August 15th 6:30pm-8:00pm

We are looking for hairstylists that would like to volunteer at our Touched Twice Clinic.

This is the 15th annual clinic- we provide a back to school provisional outreach each year. We provide each family with a box of food from Second Harvest, a hot meal for lunch, new quilts from St Peters Loganville Ladies, baby items from Nuk and a trailer full of used clothing and shoes to pick through. Each child present will get a new backpack filled with supplies and a back to school haircut.

The clinic is Saturday August 17th from 10-2

We provide tables, stools and a power source for hairstylists.

If you can volunteer for an hour or the whole day- it would be greatly appreciated!!! We also serve lunch to our volunteers.

Looking for a couple of volunteers this Saturday morning for a couple of hours. Fundraiser Run From The Cops will benefit TTC. We need volunteers to be on the route directing runners - easy and short morning message us if you can help!

Touched Twice Clinic is looking for Coordinators for the Haircutting Station at TTC and Haircutters for the day of the clinic.
It is ideal to have 1 or 2 coordinators who call previous stylists and recruit new stylists for the day of the clinic. The coordinators also typically are the schedulers at the hair cutting station the day of- or find someone who can be a scheduler.
TTC staff gets all the tables, electrical cords and stools ready for the station.
Stylists bring their supplies.
TTC provides teens to sweep up during the clinic

This is an area of High need of a coordinator(s)
We service children first with back to school haircuts but also adults if there are openings.
We typically give around 60 haircuts in 4 short hours.

It is a valuable area of the clinic that we hope to sustain.
