DEEP. DEVOTED. DESTINED.

I’ve had the privilege of mentoring Jonah since he was young. I watched him grow up as a great kid, and today I get to serve alongside a great man of God.

Jonah is wise beyond his years. His honesty, openness, and desire to keep growing stand out to me. He takes his faith seriously, studies diligently, and keeps pursuing the man God is calling him to become.

We’ve watched our high school program double this year, and I’m grateful for the care he gives our students. He’s committed to their discipleship and helping them grow in their faith.

Jonah is easygoing, incredibly fun, and thoughtful. I just enjoy him. I’m so impressed by him.

Even when Jonah was young, I could see the leader he could become. Watching that take shape has been a joy, and I believe he will lead others well in greater and greater ways within God’s kingdom.

Jonah, I appreciate you so much. I’m proud of the man you’ve become and thankful to serve alongside you.

“Am I doing enough?” can hide a deeper question: “Am I good enough to be loved?”

In Luke 11, Jesus confronts good works that neglect justice and the love of God. He also calls us to keep practicing what is good. Through Christ, we receive the love we could never earn, and that love changes how we serve.
