Welcome our new Youth Ministry Assistant, Mr. Taylor Markham. Taylor is a recent graduate of Redwater High school and will continue his education at TAMU-T. Taylor has demonstrated a ministry gifting and has accepted the invitation to serve. If you know him, you know Taylor loves God and he loves people. I couldn’t be more excited about how God is going to use Taylor to help lead our students and leadership in CPM. Join with me in officially welcoming him to the Common People Ministries staff!

Work Worship Wednesdays for FBC Redwater Youth Summer '23. W3 will begin most Wednesdays at 10a (exception VBS) with our work projects then conclude with worship at 6p with lunch and dinner provided. Our Worship time will focus on Lee Strobel book "Case for Faith" with discussions on questions that challenge our faith. Books are available for this study.

SO VERY PROUD of the accomplishments our Band students have earned recently. MACY CALHOON, HAYDEN CROWELL, ADDISON HASH, MASON WINDHAM, JOSHUA NEWSOME, HANNAH BODDYE, CATHERINE CHAFFIN, EYAN ROBINSON were named to the ALL-REGION BAND.

Then, MASON, MACY, ADDISON & HANNAH were named as Area Qualifiers earning Top Ten placements during the Area competition.

Lastly, MASON was selected to the ALL-STATE BAND and will participate in a Clinic/Performance in San Antonio during February

Throughout my time in Redwater, there has always been that one name mentioned in memorable conversations and happenings at Redwater High School by my kids and my youth. Today is no different as my messages have been filled with shock and sadness from the news of the passing of our beloved Ms Pappas.

She was always a joy to work with and such a faithful supporter of our students.

Prayers for her family and our school and students. She was one of the many people that have made Redwater a special place.

I am available as well as our staff for those who need some prayer and encouragement.
