Our Session and Deacons have thoughtfully prepared this time for our church family to worship, reflect, and be encouraged together.

Sometimes the Holy Spirit leads us one step at a time.

Barnabas and Saul knew they were being sent, but they didn’t know every detail of what would come next. They simply trusted that God was leading them forward.

That same posture is for us today:
“Lord, how are you leading me?”

We may have plans, but faithful living means holding those plans with open hands and asking not only what we want to do, but what the Lord wants to do through us.

On D-Day, we pause to remember the courage and sacrifice of those who gave their lives in the fight for freedom.

As people of faith, we remember that sacrifice carries a sacred weight. May our gratitude lead us not only to remembrance, but to prayer, humility, and a deeper commitment to peace.

You belong.

And when we understand that we are loved and welcomed by God, we become people who can welcome others with that same love.

By the power of the Holy Spirit, we are being formed into a united body, ready to build God’s kingdom together.

Whatever season you're walking through right now, we see you. And so does God.

Like the first disciples watching Jesus ascend, we may find ourselves asking, “Why do You have to go?” “Why not stay and finish everything now?”

But Jesus did not leave His people without hope. He sent the Holy Spirit to be our Helper, our guide, and the presence of God with us.

So the question for us is this: are we deeply confident in the Spirit’s work, or have we placed our confidence in ourselves, in others, or in things that were never meant to carry us?

When our confidence is misplaced, disappointment follows. But when our confidence is in God, we are reminded that we do not face the future alone.

The Holy Spirit is still at work in us and through us today.
