Music has a way of opening our hearts, bringing us together, and helping us express the wonder of God's love in ways words alone cannot. 🎶✨

At CPC, our Music Ministry is a vibrant, heart-filled part of our weekly worship. On any given Sunday, you’ll hear a thoughtful mix of acoustic melodies, uplifting praise songs, and classic choral pieces designed to help our entire community connect deeply with God.

And the best part? There is always room for more voices and instruments!
Whether you love singing in the choir, playing an instrument on our praise team, or simply sharing your gift of music occasionally, we would love to help you find a home for your talents here. No perfection required—just a heart ready to serve and sing!

Want to test the waters, hone your voice, or simply see what singing with our choir is like? Join us for our Choir Workshop on Saturday, September 12 from 9:00 AM – Noon (with lunch included!). It’s a wonderful, no-pressure morning of music, encouragement, and good food. 🍲🎵

Earlier this month, Rev. Dr. Heidi Bolt shared a powerful reminder that generosity is more than giving — it’s a spiritual practice that shapes our hearts.

She encouraged us to hold our resources more loosely, trusting God’s abundance rather than our own control. When we loosen our grip and share our time, energy, focus, and finances, we step into a healthier, freer, and more faithful way of living.

75 years of leadership, adventure, and serving our community together! 🏕️⚜️🌲
For over seven decades, Community Presbyterian Church has been honored to stand as a charter partner alongside local Scouting America—celebrating over 65 years with our Cub Scout Pack 27 and 75 years with Troop 27!

Over the generations, countless Redmond youth have passed through these programs, learning character, leadership, and a heart for service. Today, we are proud to see multi-generational "Scouters" carrying on that tradition—parents and grandparents who once wore the uniform now cheering on their own kids right here at CPC! 🧑🏻‍🤝‍🧑🏾🧑🏻‍🤝‍🧑🏾

Join us for a special worship service on Sunday, August 30th at 10 AM as we celebrate our long‑standing partnership with the Kisauni Parish in Mombasa, Kenya. For more than a decade, God has woven our congregations together in shared ministry, mutual encouragement, and faithful service.

On August 30, we’ll give thanks for the many ways Christ has been at work through this partnership—from school feeding programs to hygiene support for girls, to the deep friendships that have grown between our churches. We look forward to worshiping together and celebrating God’s continued faithfulness.

When hardship hits our regional neighbors, love doesn't wait—it shows up. 🌲❤️

In the wake of the devastating fires impacting the Warm Springs community, we have been deeply moved to see what happens when our local churches and neighbors come together with one heart. Standing alongside Warm Springs Presbyterian Church, neighboring congregations, and caring folks across Central Oregon, our community stepped up to collect essential supplies and extend immediate support.

Moments like this remind us that we are truly better together. Outreach isn't just a program—it’s about walking in solidarity, sharing hope, and being there for one another through life's hardest seasons.

To every single person who donated, prayed, drove supplies, or lent a helping hand: THANK YOU. Your generosity shines a bright light of hope in difficult times. 🕊️✨

Our wonderful CPC Quilters Group is a beautiful example of this shared life in action. Meeting regularly, these talented hands do so much more than sew fabrics together—they build deep, lifelong friendships through stitching for local ministries. From comfort quilts to beautiful pieces that tell our story, every single stitch is woven with prayer, laughter, and a passion for serving others.

Whether you’re a master quilter or have never touched a sewing needle in your life, there is always a seat at the table for you to connect, create, and share in the joy of fellowship! You don't even need to know how to sew to join the fun—even stuffing pet beds for the local shelter is a simple job that anyone can do!

The American Red Cross has declared a national blood crisis as donations fell to a 4-year summer low. Blood donors are urgently needed to give now to help ensure patients receive lifesaving medical care without delay.

All blood types are in short supply, and hospitals are already being asked to reduce usage—often meaning non‑urgent, planned surgeries must be postponed.

Your donation truly matters right now. Giving this summer makes a real, immediate difference for patients who are counting on the generosity of others.
