☆除夜法要
2025年大晦日の除夜の法要は、12月31日(水)午後11時30分より本堂にて厳修されます。この法要では簡単な瞑想の後、本堂のミニ鐘楼を参加者で打ち鳴らし、各自、今年の反省をして、邪気払いと浄業をして新年に臨みます。参加は自由ですので、志のおありの方は是非御参加下さい。

☆元旦初詣
お正月の元日(木)には午前10時より午後4時まで開門されます。新年の門出を祝い決意を新たに皆様の無病息災、家内安全、開運招福、万民豊楽を祈願して修正会法要が以下の時刻に厳修されます。

修正会開始時刻: 午前11時、正午12時、午後1時、2時、3時　（護摩法要は3時のみ）尚、当日の御祈祷のお申し込みは各開始時間の10分までにお願い致します。

※参詣者の激増により本年より本堂への御入場は御祈祷を申し込まれた方のみとさせて頂きます。なお一般参賀の方は、本堂入り口にて御参拝できます。

その他、各種お札、破魔矢、おみくじ、スピリチュアルグッズ、お加持もち　等、販売されます。破魔矢は今回限定30本となります。ご希望の方は早めに御予約下さい。

また、二日(金)、三日(土)、四日（日）は、午前10時より午後4時まで開門されています。元日に来られない方も是非御参詣下さい。二日以降に参詣される方は、あらかじめお電話かメールで御連絡いただけると有難いです。

The Temple will hold Joya New Year's Eve service at 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 31. In the service we will have a short meditation and hit a small bell in the hall to reflect on what we did this year and to cleanse our negative karma. If you are interested in this ceremony, please join us.

☆New Year’s Day Visit
On New Year's Day (Thursday), the Temple gate will be open from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. The Temple will observe Shusho-e, New Year's Day's special services to celebrate the new year, according to the following time table. Please attend one of those rituals.

New Year's Day services: at 11 a.m., noon, 1p.m., 2 p.m. & 3 p.m.
(The fire ritual is only at 3 p.m.)

There will be various types of amulets, fortune telling cards, spiritual goods, and blessed mochi (pound rice) for sale on the day. As for Hamaya (arrow to drive off evil), only thirty (30) units are available this year.
※Due to overflowing visitors, the Temple allows only those who apply the special prayer to enter the main building on this day. The general visitors can offer a prayer at the entrance of the hall.

There is amazake (sweet sake) service on New Year's Day.

Also the Temple will be open from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. on January 2nd (Friday), 3rd (Saturday)., and 4th (Sunday). For those who wish to visit the Temple during those days, it would be appreciated to give a phone call to us in advance.

五大瞑想セッション開催
Stupa Chakra Healing Meditation

神護寺では４月第４週より１０週間にわたり、仏教において宇宙と我々の身体を構成するとされる地、水、火、風、空、の五大とその各要素に関連する７つのチャクラに焦点を当て、体の気の流れを整える五大瞑想法を指導、実習いたします。瞑想初心者でも受講可(日英両用)。自己ヒーリングやチャクラヒーリング、自己啓発に興味のおありの方、日頃から体調の優れない方などの御参加をお待ちしています。コースは毎週日曜日午後6時からのクラスと毎週木曜日午前10時からのクラスの2コースがあります。チャクラ覚醒促進のためクリスタルシンギングボウルが導入されます。また、ズームでの御参加もできるよう準備中です。

　参加料 (お布施として)は一般が＄２５０（１０週間）で信徒が＄２００です。また、個別のクラスの参加もでき、その場合一般料金が＄３０で、信徒料金が＄２５となっております。会場スペースの都合により1クラス定員８名までとさせていただきます。お問合せ、申し込みは神護寺まで。

Jingoji will open a special meditation session, Stupa Chakra Healing Meditation for 10 weeks from the fourth week in April. The Stupa is a Buddhist symbol of the five elements - earth, water, fire, wind (air), and space - which structure the universe and also our body. In this session, we will visualize each element in our body and the corresponding chakras, which are the spiritual energy centers in the body, to attune chakras and the energy flow. We welcome beginners. We will offer two courses on Sunday evening or Thursday morning. Class One starts at 6 p.m. on Sunday, April 23, and another class begins at 10 a.m on Thursday, April 27. Performance of the crystal singing bowls will be introduced for chakra awakening. Presentation by zoom is in preparation.

The fee (as donation) is $250 (10 week session) for non-members and $200 (10 week session) for members, or $30 per individual session for non-members and $25 for members.　Due to the limited space of the room, the maximum capacity is ８attendees per class.

【年始のお知らせ / Cancelation of Services for the public on Jan 1 and 2】

新年修正会を予定しておりました元日(土)と2日(日)は大雪のためお寺は閉鎖されます。代替の法要として1月16日(日)に初大師法要を予定しており、この日は元日同様、午前10時から午後4時まで開門され御祈祷の受付けやお守り等の販売もされますので、是非ご利用下さい。なお、すでに年内に新しいお札や御祈祷をお申込みの方は、他の御都合の良い日時にでもお受け取りできますので、直接お寺へ御連絡下さい。

年末、年始のお忙しい中、御不便、御迷惑をおかけしますが、何卒宜しく御了承下さい。皆様の新年の安全と御健康をお祈り申し上げます。合掌

Please be informed that Jingoji Temple will be closed on January 1st (Saturday) and 2nd (Sunday) due to heavy snow. Although The New Year's Day's service for the public is canceled, Hatsudaishi, January monthly service will be observed as an alternative service for the public on January 16 (Sunday). On that day the gate will be open from !0 a.m. until 4 p.m. and a booth will be available for applying to the New Year's prayer service and for purchasing taismans and spiritual goods as well as the New Year's Day. We are looking forward to seeing you then.

Those who have already applied to the New Year's prayer can pick up tailsmans or related goods on any day they like. So please make contact to the Temple.

We would like to ask for kind understnding under this difficult circumstances. We pray that you and your family will be all safe and healthy this coming new year with gassho.
