On this Martin Luther King Jr. Day, may we meet this moment with love, remembering that peace is not passive, it is an active, courageous choice. 🩷

Dr. King and Thích Nhất Hạnh both remind us that true change begins within, through compassion, nonviolence, and a deep commitment to one another’s dignity. 🙏

Today, as Buddhist monks walk for peace across the country, we are reminded that this call has always moved beyond borders, faith traditions, and nations. 🕊

In times of uncertainty and division, may we return again and again to these teachings, choosing understanding over fear, presence over reactivity, and love as a powerful force for justice and collective healing. ☮
