As a new school year begins, we’re lifting up in prayer all who serve our schools:

Lord,
Thank You for every person serving our students this year. Fill them with patience for each moment, strength for every long day, and wisdom for every decision.

We lift up our teachers in a special way. Lord, renew their passion, calm their anxieties, and remind them daily of the difference they make in every student’s life.

Encourage those supporting students with unique needs, guide our school leaders with clarity, protect bus drivers as they travel, and bless custodians who faithfully care for each space.

Remind them that even on the hard days, their work is meaningful and their impact is eternal. Surround every school with Your peace, protection, and presence this year.

Amen.

Important Announcement — Rib Sale Canceled

We’re sorry to announce that our church Rib Sale has been canceled due to a significant increase in the cost of ribs and supplies.

We truly appreciate everyone who has supported our church fundraisers and those who were looking forward to enjoying some delicious ribs with us!

After looking at the increased costs, we felt it was best to cancel rather than raise our prices beyond what we believe is reasonable.

Thank you for your understanding, patience, and continued support of our church. We appreciate each and every one of you!

Some weeks don’t go the way we planned. There are unexpected problems, long days, unanswered prayers, and moments when we wonder, “Lord, how am I going to get through this?”

But sometimes, God gives us a little reminder right in the middle of it all. The storm may be here, but God is still faithful. The clouds may be dark, but His promises haven’t changed.

“I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth.” — Genesis 9:13 (KJV)

Whatever this week has brought your way, keep trusting Him. The same God who has carried you through every storm before will carry you through this one too. ❤️
