The NY/CT UMW District team members extend our deepest condolences to Joan Cordani's family and friends. Joan was a devoted UMW from the Pawling UMC serving at the Conference, District and local levels.. We will miss her stories, sense of humor, hospitality, and her love for God and her sisters in Christ. Please keep her family and her church family in your thoughts and prayers. Rest easy Joan. We will miss you!

Joan Cordani, age 90, passed away in her home in Pawling, NY, Tuesday June 21, 2022. She was born Sept. 23,1931 to Dorothy and Louis Krummel in Brooklyn, NY. Predeceased by her loving husband Walter Cordani on May 6,2021, and survived by her daughters Sabrina and Nia, her son in laws Jimmy Brown and

Pastor Nan, of the Rhinebeck UMC, says the Lord's Prayer at 12:00 noon everyday. During times of COVID, Racial injustice, violence in our country, etc. WE need prayer more than ever. Let's ALL remember to say the Lord's prayer at noon each day. (Kristi)
