CARTA DE BENDICIÓN Y BIENVENIDA PARA 2026
Queridos feligreses de la Parroquia de Santa Margarita de Escocia:
¡Gracia y paz para todos ustedes y sus familias!
Al dar la bienvenida a 2026, agradezco todo lo que hemos vivido durante el año pasado y miro con esperanza las bendiciones que Dios tiene preparadas para nosotros. Hoy, 1 de enero, celebramos también la solemnidad de María, Madre de Dios, un recordatorio significativo de la presencia de Cristo en nuestras vidas y del cariño maternal de María hacia cada uno de nosotros.
Doy gracias por el regalo de nuestra familia parroquial de Santa Margarita de Escocia: vuestra fe constante, generosidad y el ejemplo inspirador del amor de Cristo a lo largo de 2025. Al comenzar este nuevo año, llevemos adelante las enseñanzas y las gracias recibidas, recordando nuestra misión compartida de ser una comunidad acogedora, creciendo y compartiendo nuestra fe en Jesús, verdadero Dios y verdadero Hombre.
En este día, pedimos la intercesión de la Santísima Virgen María, solicitando que vele por nuestra parroquia ante los retos y alegrías de 2026. Que ella nos proteja, nos conforte y nos inspire. Como María, aceptemos la voluntad de Dios con humildad y esforcémonos por compartir la luz de Cristo en nuestro mundo.
Este año será especialmente significativo para la Diócesis de Allentown, que celebra su 65º aniversario jubilar desde el 28 de enero de 2026 hasta el 28 de enero de 2027. El año estará dedicado a la Eucaristía y a la Virgen María, dando gracias por nuestras bendiciones y rezando por nuevas gracias, especialmente por las vocaciones.
Deseo a cada uno de ustedes y a sus familias un Año Nuevo lleno de verdadera paz, buena salud, esperanza duradera y el amor infinito de Dios. Que la bendición de Nuestra Señora les guíe y fortalezca vuestra fe.

LETTER OF BLESSING & WELCOME FOR 2026
To my dear parishioners at St Margaret of Scotland Church,
Grace and peace to you all!
As we welcome 2026, I’m grateful for everything we’ve experienced over the last year and look forward with hope to the blessings that God has planned for us. Today, January 1st, we also celebrate the solemnity of Mary, Mother of God—a meaningful reminder of Christ’s presence in our lives and Mary’s loving care for each of us.
I am thankful for the gift of our St Margaret of Scotland parish family—your steadfast faith, generosity, and inspiring example of Christ’s love throughout 2025. As we begin this New Year, let’s carry forward the lessons and graces of the past, remembering our shared mission to be a welcoming community, growing in and sharing our faith in Jesus, both God and Man.
On this day, we seek the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, asking her to watch over our parish as we face the challenges and joys of 2026. May she protect, comfort, and inspire us. Like Mary, may we accept God’s will with humility and strive to share Christ’s light in our world.
