It's easy to build your identity on success, approval, relationships, or achievements. But those foundations eventually crack.

For believers, Scripture says, "For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God" (Colossians 3:3).

Your identity is not determined by your performance. It is secured by your relationship with Jesus.

The Kingdom of God reminds us that we belong to a King before we belong anywhere else. That truth changes how we see ourselves and how we respond when life gets difficult.

When your foundation is Christ, you don't have to constantly prove your worth you can rest in what He has already accomplished.

Every headline reminds us that something is broken.

Pain, injustice, sickness, and death are realities we cannot escape in this world.

Yet scripture points us toward a coming day when Christ will make all things new.

"He will wipe away every tear from their eyes. Death will be no more..." (Revelation 21:4)

The doctrine of last things is ultimately a doctrine of hope. God's plan ends not in chaos, but in restoration.

When life feels overwhelming, remember that Jesus is still on the throne and His promises are still unfolding.

This Sunday, we'll come together to remember Christ through the Lord's Supper, equip volunteers at Create-A-Camp Training, worship in our Spanish Worship Service, encourage the next generation through Student Choir Rehearsal, and devote time to prayer through First and Fast.
