Mark your calendars to try something different! On June 28 we will gather for Sunday service at 10 am but *we* will be doing the service. We plan to put our faith in action with multiple project opportunities that morning. Hope to see you there!

We are collecting items to assemble hygiene kits for the Migrant Farmworkers! And rice and beans too. Please bring the following items by June 28:
-individually wrapped toothbrushes
-toothpast
-small combs
-wash cloths
-individually wrapped bars of soap
-dry pinto beans
-white rice (not instant)

Happy Pride!

After an exhausting but fulfilling week of working our Rummage Sale (and earning an estimated $7k to pay forward through missions), we arrived on Sunday morning to discover that (yet again) our Pride flag had been stolen and this time, our entire flag pole had been cut down too.

Good thing we know that the true spirit of Pride isn't found in flags or rainbows, or not *just* in flags and rainbows. Pride is anchored in protest and in LOVE. We hope that whoever took our flag witnesses that cutting it down doesn't cut down our beliefs that all are deserving of welcome and that all are worthy of love. Cutting down our flag doesn't cut down our PRIDE for the beautiful spectrum of humanity found in this congregation and community.

Love wins, friends.

And we'll fly another flag.
