**Did you miss church this morning?**

Overslept?
Kids wouldn't cooperate?
Couldn't find your keys?
Brunch happened?
Or you looked at the clock at 10:27 and whispered, “Next week.” 😂

Good news:

**SUNDAY ISN'T OVER!**

We had an incredible morning at Community KC, and tonight, there's another chance to join us for UNPLUGGED @ 6PM! We'd love to see you there!

Same message. Different vibe. Relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of laughs.

Tonight we're talking about what happens when life gets too heavy to keep saying:

What if asking for help isn't weakness?

Tomorrow we're looking at an incredible moment from Jesus' road to the Cross—and it may completely change how you think about strength.

**“I GOT IT.”**

Two words we say when everybody around us can clearly see...

**we do NOT got it.** 😂

We carry the stress, the pressure, the family, and the hurt. We even carry things nobody even knows we're carrying! Yet somehow, we decided asking for help means that we're weak.

But there's a moment in the story of Jesus that completely challenges that idea. Jesus told us to **take up our cross.** But on the way to Calvary...**someone helped carry HIS.**

👀 Think about that. This Sunday, we're landing hard with:
CARRY YOUR CROSS...BUT DON'T CARRY IT ALONE

If you've been carrying something heavy—or know somebody who has—this Sunday is for you! You know someone else who has? It's also for them, so invite someone to join you.

Come laugh. Come breathe. Come as you are.

And maybe bring somebody who's gotten really good at saying: "I'm good!"

**MONDAY MOMENT 🙌**

**Open hands trust God, bur closed fists trust what they hold.**

Sometimes the hardest thing isn't giving something up...It's trusting that **God will still be God if we let go.**

We hold tightly to our plans. Our money. Our time. Our relationships. Our comfort. Our control.

Not always because we're selfish—but sometimes because we're afraid.

What if there's not enough?
What if things don't work out?
What if I need this later?

But open hands say: God, I’m grateful for what You’ve given me—but I trust the Giver more than the gift.

Maybe this week isn't about asking God for more.

Maybe it's simply about **opening our hands.** 🙌

What if you're asking God for what's NEXT...

while overlooking what He's already put in your hands? 👀

Your story.
Your abilities.
Your time.
Your influence.
Your resources.
Even some of the things you've survived.

**None of it is accidental.**

This Sunday, we're continuing **NOW WHAT?** with:

🙌 **OPEN HANDS**

Because maybe the question isn't just:

**“God, what are You going to give me?”**

Maybe it's...

**“God, what do You want to DO with what You've already given me?”**

🔥 **What God puts in your hands was never meant to stop in your hands.**

And yes—we're going to laugh A LOT before we get there. 😂

You don't have to understand WHY you're here to trust God with WHERE He's taking you.

**MONDAY MOMENT**

**“Don’t let a temporary emotion…create a permanent consequence.”**

We’ve all been there. You’re angry…so you send the text. You’re hurt…so you say the thing. You’re frustrated…so you walk away. You’re afraid…so you make a decision you wouldn’t have made with a clear head.

And sometimes it takes only **10 seconds to react…** but a whole lot longer to repair what those 10 seconds created.

Your emotions are real. Feel them. Acknowledge them. Take them to God.

**Just don’t give a temporary feeling permanent authority over your life.**

James 1:19 reminds us to be **“quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry.”**

Sometimes one of the most spiritual things you can do is simply... **WAIT before you respond.**

That text can wait. That decision can wait. That comeback can wait.

Give God a moment to speak before you give your emotions the microphone.
