If God's Spirit is constantly poured out, why aren't we all saturated by it? Imagine standing in heavy rain under an umbrella – the rain falls, but you stay dry. The umbrella you hold is deflecting the downpour. Some people are shielded from the outpouring of the Spirit because they hold their own umbrellas over their heads.

Two people, same service, vastly different experiences. One is saturated by God's presence, the other leaves untouched. It's not about the pouring out, but about the umbrella—our doubt, fear, or disbelief—deflecting what God offers. Will you surrender yours?

No matter the challenges, His grace is sufficient. Keep your focus on what lies ahead—a promise worth pressing forward for. Don't let hindrances, excuses, or the negativity of others stop you. It's time to be an overcomer.

In the Book of Revelation, in the letters Jesus wrote to the churches, or gave to them seven times, there is this redundant, repetitive qualification for the blessing: "to him that overcometh." Seven churches had seven different challenges, but Jesus entreated each one.

You have got to get over some things. If you ever want God's promise, you have to stop letting hindrances, excuses, troubles, individuals, and all kinds of pressure and negative responses from other people hold you back. Sometimes you just have to get over your hang-ups and decide, "I am going to be an overcomer because I have a promise ahead."

We often underestimate the greatness of the God we serve. He became flesh, experienced humanity, and overcame the world. From the vast heavens, He humbled Himself to be with us, understanding our every struggle. In Him, we find victory.

You won't see God's provision until you're in the thick of it. Pursuing, believing, and obeying Him. It's on that mountain, giving your best and sacrificing it all, that you'll truly know Jehovah-Jireh, the Lord provides.
