I am grateful for life God has shown his mercy and grace to us again, .and I love to thank him. for mi daughters life. nothing else matters to mi soul right now but that i know where she is and that she and mi grandchildren are well and safe. I love all mi children with all mi heart. Was not nearly prepared for motherhood but it has been the greatest joy in mi life. i do not regret a thing about choosing mi children over mi own selfish desires. mi baby girl is alive... and i know where she is at... and i bless the lord for all his help. she is alive.. and that is all that matters... Lloydrina Octoiva Latress Smith-Fortner... i celebrate u mi beautiful, adorable, loving, kind, smart, and bursting with potential mi joy and mi sunshine. mi princess. I believe in u... u r loved, blessed, and highly favored, bi ur mother and God. u mean the world to me, u all do. i love mi children and i so glad, so happy for ur life right now that nothing else even matter to me but that ur alive . i send out Love... As we embark upon the holiday season I wish you the opportunity to pause and reset!

To stand still and witness yourself. To connect your mind, body, and spirit. To unclench your jaw and relax your shoulders. To move your body slowly, intentionally.

To breathe in calm, soothing stillness.
And to release tension and overthinking.
Guilt, fear, and shame.

To let go of stress, busy, rushing, and to-do lists.

To release expectations wrapped up as “traditions” when they no longer serve you.

To wrap your arms gently around yourself and to let their warmth consume you; like the comfort of a soothing warm bath, with a chill in the air.

To softly allow your lips to curve into a smile. Spreading slowly, across your beautiful face.
Raising your cheeks high, to the sky.

To express gratitude to yourself, for taking this moment to grant yourself the most precious gift.
