With deep sorrow, but with faith in God’s promise of eternal life, we announce the passing of our beloved brother RL Sanders. ✝️💙

Though our hearts are heavy, we take comfort in knowing he is now resting in the arms of our Savior.
“I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die.’”
– St. John 11:25

While we mourn his passing, we rejoice in the promise that he is now at peace in the presence of the Lord.

RL's Celebration of Life will be held at The United Church of Jesus Christ, 420 S. Prospect St Ravenna, OH 44266.
�Date: Saturday March 14, 2026�Time: Wake 10am - 11am & Service will start promptly at 11am.

📣 Important Update from The United Church of Jesus Christ 📣

Tonight’s “Bring Your Gift to Jesus” service has been canceled and is postponed to New Year’s Eve Watch Night Service!

So, we invite everyone to join us at New Year’s Eve Watch Night Service on December 31, 2025.

We’ll begin the evening with a FREE Pot Luck dinner at 8:30pm, followed by a special service filled with testimonies, music, reflection, and sharing. Everyone is invited to participate — whether you’d like to share a song, poem, scripture, testimony, or simply be present and listen, this night is for EVERYONE.

As midnight approaches, we will gather together around the alter and pray in the New Year unified in faith and gratitude for God’s faithfulness throughout the past year.

🍽️ Dinner: 8:30 p.m.
Service: Following dinner until midnight
