When we hear the drum and hear the words, it truly touches our spirit and uplifts us. Being able to smudge and pray together each day is a profound blessing and a rewarding feeling. Wopila to the boys and Wopila Tunkasila!

Good morning Mitakuyapi,

Services are at 11:30 today. All are welcome 🙏

Here's a prayer for this beautiful Sunday morning.

Wakan Tanka, whose voice I hear in the wind, whose breath gives life to all the world. Hear me; I need your strength and wisdom. Let me walk in beauty, and make my eyes ever behold the Wóyawašte you bestow upon us. Make my hands respect the things you have made and my ears sharp to hear your voice. Tunkasila , I come before you seeking wisdom and clarity. Guide me in the decisions I need to make this week. Show me the path that leads to Your glory, and give me the courage to walk in faith, knowing You are guiding me every step of the way.

We give thanks to the creator for all he has given us. We give thanks to all who look out for our vulnerable relatives. We give thanks for family, friends and our amazing Wambliska and Woyatan family for providing this meal for the people today after Church services. Wopila 🖤🤍❤️💛

Pejuta Waste Otipi is closed today out of respect for a wake service. We send prayers and our deepest condolences to the family. We will resume our regular hours on Monday at 9am.

It's Wellness Wednesday here at Woyatan.

We have Decon Mike hosting his talking circle "A Warrior's road to recovery".

Krystal will be hosting her
"Sacred Sisters Circle"

Both start at 1

And this evening we have Inipi around 6. All are welcome.

My relatives, today was Health and Heritage day at Pejuta Waste Otipi up here at Woyatan.

Oyate Health was here doing Covid and flu shots. OST was here doing enrollments. And Pejuta Waste Otipi served a delicious meal. Buffalo soup, frybread and Wojapi. We prayed together, ate together and had great positive conversations together. Wopila Tanka Tunkasila for the providers that were here and for the people that participated. 🙏🖤🤍❤️💛
