This evening, while we were out, we saw a good sized group of our people, sitting under an awning trying to keep warm.
Thank you to those who have provided John and Romans, blankets, food packs and hats for us to distribute! We had an opportunity to minister to this group, some whom we know.
Keep praying! God is able!

Wow! There are no words to describe the service tonight! There were 3 teens in the service, and they all participated during the service, offering thoughts, enjoying the music. Amazing!

Our group was small tonight, but wonderful. Thanks to our people who provided food for the meal, and for those who came, and who helped make the meal! What a tremendous day!

What wonderful group that we were blessed with tonight! One sister wanted to make the meal, Indian tacos, and she did a wonderful job! Dawn made refried beans, and one of the elders brought some extra fry bread that was completely unexpected!

The message was well received, and there was some good participation both in the song service and during the message.
It was a fantastic evening.

We would like to share a blessing with you all today. One of our men came by today, knocked and left us several bags of groceries for our homeless food packs.

We also have had offers from some of our ladies to help make the Thanksgiving dinner and contribute some groceries to that end.

These are huge blessings!

Thank you to all who pray for and give to God's work!

Sunday was such a great day! There were a lot of questions during the morning message, and a wonderful visit with a young man that recently started coming to Church with his mom.

We had a great time visiting with him both following the morning service, and also following the evening service. Looking forward to tomorrow night!

The Lord is working at 1st Nations Baptist Church! We had a good sized group last night! Three little ones, a teen, and 5 adults, besides our own family! All of the adults have a testimony of salvation, praise the Lord!
It was good to see some of our people, who have been out sick, back in church last night!
Thank you for praying for us, for the lost and homeless of Rapid City and for our church family!

We had a great Sunday! We are working our way through Revelation right now, and there have been some good questions asked- good answers given.
Our catholic neighbor came over in the evening, and we had another opportunity to witness to her and be a blessing.
Looking forward to Thursday night!

Hope has been working hard at Apache Creek Deaf and Youth Ranch this summer! She is tired, and cracked her ribs a week or two ago, but is doing well.
Can't wait to see her in a few weeks!

What a fantastic night last night! As the Moores were parking, the lady who lives across from the Church building flagged me down, and we talked for a few minutes.
We have invited her to church service many times. Last night, she came for the first time!
Sister Marion remarked that it was a wonderful opportunity for her to visit about the Lord with this neighbor. Marion lives a block over from her. Amen!
The Moore's youngest son also played with Sister Marion's grandson after the service, which was a huge blessing to her. He doesn't get to play with boys his own age much at all.
The preaching was wonderful! We are so thankful for the Moore's burden to encourage small Churches around the world, and that they have come to see us, I think, 4 straight summers now! We all, including our kids look forward to it every time they tell us they would like to come again. Thank you brother and sister Moore, y'all are a blessing.
Also, please pray for brother David. He was sick last night. He wanted to come, but was not able. Thank you all for your prayers!

Hope has been very busy this summer, working at Apache Creek Deaf and Youth Ranch in Reserve, NM!
She has helped with vehicle fixes, plumbing issues, even restored a gun to proper working condition!
Besides helping with various repairs down there, she has been fervently working with the kids, doing skits, singing specials, and working in the kitchen.
Hope is a special blessing to us, and to many who get to know her. We couldn't be more pleased with what she has chosen to do, and with what she is allowing the Holy Spirit to do through her.
Matthew 6:19-21
"Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:
But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:
For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also."

What a wonderful day in the Lord's house!
I had trouble off and on all week with my uvula swelling. But for today, I felt so good, that I may have gotten a little too excited while preaching, I think I aggravated the problem a little bit!
The song services were good, and we had good participation during the preaching again.
We also had Iyotan with us again today. It was good to see her!
Today was also little David's birthday, so we had cake and ice cream after lunch with him, and sang happy birthday. Dawn also made one of his favorite meals, spaghetti!
Thank you for praying for us, and for the community of North Rapid City!

What a tremendous day we had on Sunday! My mouth has been very sore lately, but yesterday was a good day!
The song service was good, and there was great participation during the preaching as well!
We also heard that one of our men, who is in a work release program, is now doing some of the hiring where he works, and is doing a wonderful job! We are looking forward to seeing him again, hopefully, later this year.
After the evening service and meal, we took the leftovers to a group of homeless, and saw a man that used to come often. We invited everyone to church service, and he said he would like to come.
Thank you for your prayers, for us, our Church, and for those struggling with addictions, and in need of the Savior!
