This morning I got up and was determined to get to our Shared Harvest Cooperative Community Garden to plant a few remaining seedlings - tomatoes, yellow squash, and bell peppers - and to water. I let two friends know I was in the garden alone. I got there about 7:30 am and started working on clearing the bed for the squash and collecting collard green seed pods. And, then a big truck pulled up and Lewis got out and immediately went to the garage to get the hose out and I said a prayer of thanks. I never could have gotten everything done alone but I was willing to try. So glad Lewis showed up.
