The first MOPS meeting of the year will be this Friday, January 17.
We will enjoy a scenic walk before enjoying breakfast. Then, we'll spend some time reflecting on and discussing our goals and intentions for the new year.

❤️ What an awesome meeting we had yesterday focusing on our health and wellness!

🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️ After breakfast, we got outside and enjoyed a gorgeous trail walk on a beautiful fall morning.

🍵 Then, nutrition coach Sara Roth from Inspired Health By Sara, spent time with us talking about the importance of nutrition and shared a delicious fall pumpkin pie protein smoothie.

👊🏼 Mamas, our cup was literally filled up “to the full” yesterday...and I’m so glad we got to share such a beautiful morning with you all!

This Friday, September 20, our speaker is author Arlene Pellicane, who has written several books on parenting and marriage, including Parents Rising and 31 Days to Becoming a Happy Wife.
Her topic will be "31 Days to Becoming a Happy Mom", a perfect way to kick off our program year!

We've recently added a MOMSnext group to our existing MOPS group!
What does that mean for you? That you won't "age out" until you're youngest graduates from high school! We are excited for the opportunity to support and love on more mamas.
