09/06/26 - Love as Radical Grace
Why is it so easy to judge someone by what they do -- and so difficult to imagine what they might be going through? psychology calls this tendency the Fundamental Attribution Error -- when we explain other people's behavior by their character while overlooking the circumstances that may have shaped it. And, if we're honest, we all do it.
