❗️No Sunday Service: Frigid Temps & Expected Snow❄️

Due to the severe weather that we are expecting today and tomorrow, the church board has made the decision to cancel our Sunday Worship Service (in-person and online) for 1-25-2026 and all our after church activities including the Annual Meeting. 🗓️ Please take note that we are rescheduling the Annual Meeting to Sunday, February 8th immediately following church service; we will not have Sunday School classes on February 8th due to the meeting.

Please know that these decisions are not taken lightly, but made out of an abundance of caution and with thoughtful consideration for each one of you. Your safety is dear to our hearts. 💜Although we are disappointed that we will not be meeting to worship together tomorrow, we hope that you will find peace in worshiping our Lord and Savior in the safety of your home.

We encourage everyone to send in your prayer requests, praises and concerns. We will pray over them. 🙏 If you would like someone to pray with you or just need someone to talk to don't hesitate to reach out.

Details for Worship Tomorrow

As of 11:00am Saturday, we plan to have our regular 9am church service, yet we are postponing the Congregational Christmas Meal to the 21st & the Gift Exchange Christmas Party to the 28th. The Christmas Eve Service is still scheduled for the 24th.

For the 9am worship service tomorrow, there are 2 choices for how to participate: at the church or Facebook live. For those who desire to worship tomorrow with us at the church building, you are more than welcome to attend. For those who would rather stay home, check out the live stream via Facebook on Ramsey Christian Church's page.

Happy Friday, everyone! We hope you are doing well & staying safe with the weather conditions we have been having.

We have had our attention focused on different weather forecasts, & it appears the weather might challenge our ability to worship together this weekend. The leadership will decide on cancelling by Saturday evening, so please check your communication sources then.

As of right now, we are still planning to have our regular church service at 9:00 am, followed by the Congregational Christmas Meal at 11:00 am. If we do call off events for Sunday, we will reschedule all events (except the Christmas Eve Service) for the following week.

Weather sources are predicting around 2 inches of snow on Saturday after 2 pm. The high & low temperatures for Saturday are 21 / -3. The high & low temperatures for Sunday are 6 /-3. With those temperatures, snowy areas will be difficult to navigate. We would rather everyone be safer than sorry, as we can worship God anywhere & anytime.

Due to the extreme weather conditions, we are cancelling our Sunday morning service for tomorrow, November 30th. Please stay safe and warm.

All youth that had responsibilities for Youth Sunday, please carry those over to the next Youth Sunday on the last Sunday in March.

The Community Holiday Service has also been postponed to December 7th.
