Lord, sometimes I wonder
if You hear my prayers -
the waiting is so long,
the ache so deep.

But You've never left me -
You see me when I feel invisible,
when I feel as if I don't matter.
Nothing is too hard for You -
no prayer too repetitive,
no situation too broken.

You turn mourning into dancing,
emptiness into fullness.
Help me hold onto hope
when doubt tires to creep back in.
