And in order for you to be a part of God's blessings at the church you might need a map, because as the joke goes, you can't get here from there. Although the community of Ramer is relatively old, it is still one of the best kept secrets in the state of Alabama. In Ramer you'll discover a laid back lifestyle among a lot of people who love the Lord and enjoy worshipping God on the Lord's day. It is their joy that fuels the good things happening in the church. Our house may be a little divided, but we are ALL united in Christ! Today was a fun day that included a wonderful message, delicious tailgate food and fellowship! Everyone wore their school and favorite team colors as we celebrated together and gave glory and thanks to God for allowing us to be a part of HIS team! BEST wishes to all of our schools and teams; we are praying for an AWESOME year ahead! And as Courtney reminded us during Children’s moment “Even though we may cheer for different teams…God is always our #1, and we are all TEAM JESUS!” Praise the Lord!

Get ready for a fun and festive Sunday at Ramer Methodist Church! This Sunday, we invite everyone to wear your favorite school colors or team apparel as we celebrate the excitement of a new school year and the start of football season.

Following worship, we'll gather for a special Tailgate-Themed Covered Dish Lunch. Bring your favorite tailgate food, whether it's a family recipe, game-day classic, or a creative new dish, to share with the church family.

To make things even more exciting, our own Troy Tribe will serve as judges and help select the Best Tailgate Food of the day!

So break out your colors, bring your favorite tailgate dish, and join us for a day of worship, fellowship, food, and fun. We look forward to seeing which school colors are represented and tasting some amazing game-day favorites! Stay for a moment after worship for a group photo!

“Feel free to drop us your school in the comments!” We wish all the Best to all our schools this year!!

As a new school year begins, we want to surround our students, teachers, and school staff with prayer and encouragement.

This Sunday, during our morning worship service, we will have a special Blessing of the Backpacks. We invite ALL teachers, administrators, elementary students, middle school students, high school students, and college students to bring their backpacks, book bags, teacher totes, or school bags to worship.

During the service, we will pray for God's protection, wisdom, guidance, and blessing over everyone as they begin a new school year. This is a wonderful opportunity for our church family to support and encourage those who are learning, teaching, and serving in our schools.

Make plans now to join us and invite a friend. Let's start the school year covered in prayer and trusting God to lead the way!

Yesterday’s wedding tea was such a special day, and my heart is so full. 💛

Thank you to the wonderful Ramer church family and to everyone who came to celebrate with me. Your kindness, thoughtful gifts, and your presence meant more than I can express. It was such a joy to spend the afternoon catching up and celebrating this special season together.

I feel incredibly blessed to be supported by such a loving and kind community. Thank you for making yesterday so memorable and for blessing Clayton and me as we prepare for our wedding! We are so grateful for each of you and your prayers, encouragement, and generosity.

With so much love and gratitude,
Madeline 🤍
