Mom's Coffee Break - Hope Community Church We realize it’s hard to meet other moms with life’s many demands. At MCB you’ll be encouraged, inspired and get the chance to connect with other moms.

We’ll have a special interest speaker each month with discussion time around tables led by mentor moms. This is a great opportunity to meet other moms in the Triangle. Invite your neighbor, friend or walking buddy! Common Grounds, our coffee shop, will be open and serving coffee, specialty drinks and special treats available for purchase at each group meeting. Help wanted!!! I need some volunteers to help stuff Christmas goodie bags for kids who attend KidTowne and Hope's HW club. This is perfect for a mom who has elementary or preschool aged kids who are in school on Wednesday mornings. Click the sign-up link if you can help out! Mom's Coffee Break is next week- May 1 and 2! We get the pleasure of hearing from Pastor Mike's other half, Laura. She will be sharing with us about what she would tell her younger self. As a mom and grandmother, she has tips to share that will help you navigate your jam packed life! This is the last one until Sept! Register for childcare by this Friday. There are still 15 elem/preschool spots open at Raleigh for those affected by the announcement of no school for Wake Co. on May 1.

We're excited to have Charla McKinley share with us this month.

Our children will spend less than a quarter of their lives in our homes. As moms we have a narrow window to prepare them for the road ahead. We spend years teaching our children how to read, write and do mathematics, but how much time do we spend teaching them about money? Money is second only to The Kingdom in Jesus’ teaching. If He thought it was that important, why are we avoiding it? Join us as we talk through how raise a fiscally responsible adult.
