Sometimes the world measures your worth by what you can give, what you can achieve, or what you can visibly offer. But Jesus sees what others overlook, He sees the heart behind the offering. The widow’s two coins didn’t impress anyone else, but to Him, it was a melody of surrender, trust, and love.

And it’s the same with you.
Maybe you feel like what you have is small.
Maybe your strength is fading, your prayers feel simple, your faith feels fragile, and your hands are carrying more questions than answers. But when you choose to lay it all down before Him anyway, Heaven calls that worship.

God isn’t asking you for perfection, He’s asking for your heart. He delights in the moments when you still choose Him through the fear, through the tears, through the uncertainty. Because He knows that a surrendered heart is more powerful than any amount of outward success.

Come to Him with whatever you have today—your little, your lacking, your longing. He sees it. He honors it. And He can multiply what you thought was insignificant into something holy.

Your offering may look small on earth, but in His eyes, it is everything. 🤍🙏🏻

Samson and King David were both strong men, chosen and anointed by God. Mighty in strength, courageous in battle, and favored by the Lord—yet both were brought low, not by enemies, not by armies, but by the desires of their own hearts.

Samson’s strength was undone by chasing what felt good. David’s peace was stolen by taking what wasn’t his. Their stories remind us that power, talent, or calling cannot replace vigilance over our hearts, our eyes, and our desires.

Being used by God is not a shield against temptation. Anointing doesn’t erase accountability, and a calling doesn’t excuse compromise. Even the strongest can fall if they fail to guard what God entrusted to them.

Let their lives be a warning, and an encouragement. Guard your heart. Guard your eyes. Guard your desires. Strength is a gift, but faithfulness is a choice. 🙏🏻🤍

On Sunday, Pastor Melissa shared a message from Hebrews entitled "Don't Throw Away Your Confidence". Hebrews 10:26–39 gives a sober warning against rejecting Christ and His once-for-all sacrifice, while also encouraging believers to remember the faith, endurance, and confidence they have already walked in. This passage is not written to make sincere believers afraid every time they fail, but to keep pressured believers from drawing back from Christ and returning to what can never save. The writer calls us to hold fast, endure under pressure, and live by faith, knowing that we have a better and enduring possession in Christ and that we are not those who draw back, but those who believe to the saving of the soul.

For 250 years, our nation has experienced moments of great triumph and deep tragedy. Through seasons of joy and hardship, generations have gathered to sing, to pray, to serve, and to seek God's guidance.

As we celebrate our nation's birthday, we give thanks for the blessings of liberty and the freedoms we enjoy. We also remember that our greatest hope is found not in our own strength, but in the steadfast faithfulness of God.

May we continue to be people who pursue peace, extend grace, love our neighbors, and shine the light of Christ in our communities. As we look to the future, let us pray for wisdom for our leaders, unity among our people, and hearts that seek God's will above all else.

"Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord." - Psalm 33:12

Happy Independence Day! 🇺🇸

On Sunday the children led the church service with worship, dance, a play, teaching and prayer. They did a wonderful job! The sweet presence of the Lord filled the room and touched all of our hearts.

In Isaiah 11:6, Scriptures says, "And a little child shall lead them." May we allow them to inspire us to humble ourselves and embrace the innocence and purity of the heart of a child. May we become like little children. (Matthew 18:3-4)
