Red Cross Blood Drive: Fellowship Hall, Monday, August 31, 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

If you are eligible to give, please register for a time slot on www.redcrossblood.org/give. (Sponsor code is RaleighMoravian.) Walk-ins are also welcome. Another way to help this cause: we need snacks and goodies for our donors. The sign-up sheet is posted on the bulletin board next to the kitchen.

This week, our Director of Faith Formation Jami Vandock is traveling with Rev. Joe Moore and a group of 6 young adults as exchange campers to Herrnhaag. This is a historical community of the Moravian Church that has welcomed for many years a large gathering of youth from across Germany, the Netherlands, and South Africa.
Please continue to hold these travelers and all the camp participants in your prayers.

Join us Sunday morning, July 19, for several special events! During worship service beginning at 10 a.m., SisterSing, our women’s ensemble, will provide special music, accompanied by a wonderful young cellist. After the service, we’ll enjoy an ice cream social and a presentation by Raleigh Moravian member Keith Kapp on Moravians in the American Revolution. He’s planning a surprise or two for the children. Worship, eat ice cream and have fun learning—what could be better on a summer Sunday morning? As always, everyone is welcome.
