Hello my friend,

I hope all is well in your world. I’m busy coaching folks and doing some online classes and group coaching. I am writing to let you know I’m offering my creation course, “Creating the Life You Love” again and would love you to 'check it out.’ I’m offering two classes to introduce this new system to you, so it will be easy for you to try it out. In the past we’ve talked about the law of attraction but this model fills in some of the missing parts in the creation process. We each carry our own personal baggage from our history, experiences and perspectives. Clarity in understanding another person and being understood borders on miraculous. All of us long for that special connection with another person - in friendship, romance and family. True connection requires that we must cross the gulf that separates us from one another. There is no relationship, even between intimates, without that connection. This is a critical piece of having a successful relationship.

What can help us bridge the gulf that exists between us? How can we truly understand one another? How can we find the love and intimacy we dream of? Yesterday, at the service, I asked the community to hold hands as we had a prayer of thanksgiving.

The prayer was followed by a moment of silence and then a song.

During the song, I walked to the back of the room to prepare myself for the Talk.

It was then that I noticed the community.

As the song played, they were still holding hands.

I guess I forgot to tell them that they could let go...

And they didn't.

I will always be grateful for that moment.

What I saw was our greatest potential as a people.

To love.

I am sitting in a coffee shop, reading theology, feeling pretty important and intellectual; when I lean back in my chair to take a breather.

I instinctively reach into my pocket.

There I find a small pick hair clip that fell out of my two-year-old daughter's hair this morning.

This is when I realize how lucky I am...

Not because I am important and intellectual, or a hip coffee shop frequenter, but because I Love and am Loved.

The owner of this small pink hair clip loves me regardless of my intelligence, or some self-defined coolness. To her I am important because she loves me, not the other way around.

Thank you for the reminder my sweet Macy. I Love You Back!

I was lucky enough to visit Tempe Beth Or on Saturday morning for one of their Shabbat services.

It was amazing.

There is nothing more inspirational to me than to discover another pathway to God.

In the end, all we have is our own experiences, UNLESS, we are willing to embrace the experiences of another.

As Rabbi Ari Margolis and the members of this beautiful community sang their prayers (in Hebrew) I was transported beyond myself.

It was a powerful experience that will forever change the ways that I relate to the unknown.
