As we enter the slower summer season, the Angel Food freezer is running very low. We are asking volunteers to help by preparing or purchasing casseroles, labeling and freezing them, and delivering them to the Angel Food freezer on the first floor of the Ross Building. On May 31 Noureen (Noni) Shaikh from the Islam art group, “Artist Ummah” led a workshop on Art & Music for Healing. It was a reminder of how art and music allows the freedom to relax and feel the presence of God’s creation in and around us.

Come out on May 31 at 12:15 p.m. to an interactive workshop presented by Artist Ummah & Art by Noni, combines guided breathwork, calming instrumental music, and expressive art-making to help participants relax, reconnect with themselves, and experience creativity in a welcoming church community setting.
All are welcome–no art experience is needed! All supplies will be provided. Please register by Thursday, May 21 which can be done via the events site in our bio.
