We've all been there - seeing someone's pain and feeling that pull to help, but life gets in the way. Work's exhausting. You're running on empty. It's easier to keep moving.

But here's what we're learning: that two-minute stop, that 'I see you' text, that meal dropped off-it doesn't just change their day. It changes *us*. It reminds us why we chose to care for people in the first place.

So we're asking: Have you been that neighbor? Or needed that neighbor?

For those of us in healthcare and education, we know burnout is real. And we also know: the antidote isn't less compassion. It's shared compassion. It's the neighbor who shows up for us
