Open Door Student Ministry - Raleigh, NC Go with the gospel. Open Door's student ministry seeks to be defined by these characteristics:

1.

The student ministry at Open Door is committed to shepherding the entire family through weekly discipleship opportunities that consist of both age graded ministry as well as ministry involving the family. We recognize that God has given the church the responsibility to make disciples, and our student ministry seeks to disciple each family, which includes the parents as well as the children.
2. We

recognize that God has given parents the responsibility to disciple their children and to raise them in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. 3. We as a church desire to prepare our parents to raise their families in a way that brings glory to God.
4. We recognize that the Spirit of God indwells every believer and we desire to encourage students and their families to be serving the body within the church.
5. We recognize God has given the church the charge to reach our community and the nations with the gospel and we seek to do this by reaching both students and families. It is our desire to come alongside families with students to assist and encourage them in raising their children to be followers of Christ and by serving together to reach our community and the nations with the gospel.
