Hook some of your favorite veggies up with your favorite spices. Most of my favorite veggies and whole wheat noodles tossed in a little extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, cayenne pepper, and garlic then placed in a pan to cook it just a little (2 min) where the veggies are not soft. Love it!
