Dr. Melvin St. Earl Wallace has been elevated to the Office of Bishop under the apostolic covering of Apostle Artkyne L. Love, Prelate of The Agape Covenant Fellowship of Ministries.

Bishop Wallace, alongside his wife Overseer / Lady Phyllis Wallace, continues to serve faithfully as Pastors of The Raleigh Church of the Apostolic Faith.
