It is with deep sadness that we acknowledge the passing of Pastor Alexander B. Herring, former pastor of Juniper Level Missionary Baptist Church.

Pastor Herring faithfully served God and this church family with dedication, wisdom, and compassion. His leadership, prayers, and commitment to sharing God’s Word have left a lasting impact on so many lives.

During this time of sorrow, we extend our heartfelt prayers and condolences to his family, loved ones, and all who were blessed to know him. May we find comfort in knowing that “to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.”

Even in the middle of a gym, God still met us.

Let this be your reminder this week: That wherever you are, God can still find you. His presence isn’t limited to a church building, a sanctuary, or a specific address. There is no place too ordinary, too busy, or too far where His Spirit cannot reach you.

God shows up wherever hearts are willing to receive Him. 🙌🏽✨

📢 JLMBC Summer Schedule Reminder

JLMBC begins its summer schedule effective Monday, June 1, 2026.

All Bible studies, including:
• Tuesday Outreach Bible Study
• Wednesday Night Bible Study
• Thursday Noon Day Bible Study
• Thursday Women’s Bible Study
• Thursday Young Adult Bible Study

As well as all regularly scheduled ministry meetings, are on summer break.

All Bible studies and regularly scheduled ministry meetings will resume on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.

While we are on Bible study break, don’t take a break from God’s Word! Continue reading, studying, and applying Scripture throughout the summer. 📖

There is no secret about what God is doing at Juniper!

Thank you to everyone who traveled near and far to experience worship with us as we hosted our Family & Friends Day at Method Road Community Center. Your presence, support, and participation helped make the day truly special.

We are grateful for every family member, friend, guest, volunteer, and ministry worker who joined us. God moved in a mighty way, and we are thankful to have shared that experience with each of you.

What a blessing it was to worship, fellowship, and celebrate together! ❤️
