Little Lambs Learning Center is focused on sharing God's love as children learn, discover, and grow. Since 2003, Little Lambs Learning Center at Bay Leaf Baptist Church has provided a loving, Christ-centered, half-day preschool for ages 8 weeks through Kindergarten. Our Mother's Morning Out (Wednesday) and Summer Camps provide safe, loving, reliable programs for families as well. All of our progra

ms use the A Beka curriculum with other structured activities such as Chapel, Music, and Discovery. It is our desire to provide a program in a warm, loving, Christ-centered environment that promotes your child's spiritual, social, emotional, intellectual, and physical growth.

🌿☀️ Little Lambs 2026 Staff Retreat at the Lake! ☀️🌿

What happens when you get the Little Lambs team together at the lake? Lots of laughter, fun, games, food, learning, and maybe a little friendly competition! 😂🙌🎉

We had the best time stepping away from the everyday routine to draw near to the Lord and encourage one another. From silly games and big laughs to meaningful conversations and time in God’s Word, this retreat was the perfect reminder that doing ministry together is even sweeter when we take time to grow together too! 💜🐑

Based on Hebrews 10:22–25, we were challenged to draw near and spur one another on toward love and good works.

We came home with full hearts, lots of memories, and maybe just a few inside jokes! 😄💜

A huge thank you to Christina Devlin, Amanda and Jamin Hester and our staff planning team. This retreat would not have been possible without each of you!!

What an encouraging weekend at the NC Baptist Weekday Education Conference! 💜

Some of our Little Lambs team enjoyed learning, worshiping, and connecting with preschool ministry leaders from across North Carolina. We were inspired by Dr. Joy Greene and Dr. Steven McKinion. Kaitlyn Dunne, Denise Broad, and Eva Mathers were blessed to have the opportunity to lead breakout sessions.

💦☀️ What a splashing good time we had at Water Day! ☀️💦

Today was filled with laughter, smiles, and unforgettable summer fun! From racing down giant water slides and cooling off with water games to making new friends and wonderful memories, every moment was packed with excitement.

Seeing the joy on our campers’ faces reminds us that the best days are the ones spent laughing, playing, and making memories together. 💙

A huge thank you to our amazing staff for making today such a fun, safe, and memorable experience. We can’t wait for more adventures together tomorrow!

🔥🐾 Campfire & Critters is off to an amazing start! 🐾🔥

Our third and final summer camp is already full of smiles, laughter, and unforgettable adventures! This week our campers have been exploring God’s amazing creation through hands-on learning and imaginative play.

From building cozy nature nests with sticks, leaves, and moss, to gathering around our pretend campfire for s’mores fun and stories, every day has been packed with excitement. Campers have loved exploring sensory bins filled with forest treasures, making creative camping crafts, reading together, playing in tents, cuddling woodland critters, and discovering all the fun that comes with a camping adventure. We’ve even had plenty of time to climb, jump, explore, and let our imaginations run wild!

💦 And the adventure continues tomorrow with Water Day! Get ready for a day full of splashing, laughter, and cooling off with exciting water activities. We know it’s going to be one of our campers’ favorite days of the week!

A huge thank you to our incredible teachers for creating such a fun, Christ-centered experience where children can learn, play, and make lifelong memories.

🏕️🔥 The countdown is over… CAMP STARTS TOMORROW! 🦊🐻🦝

Our campground is set, the campfire is ready, and the forest critters are waiting to welcome all of our little adventurers! 🌲✨

We can’t wait to see smiling faces as we kick off an amazing week of discovering God’s wonderful creation through play, laughter, and adventure.

🦖🦕 Jurassic Journey Camp – Day 2 Recap! 🌿✨
Day 2 of our Jurassic Journey Adventure did not disappoint! From exciting dinosaur digs to hands-on Bible adventures, our campers are having an incredible week learning that God is always with us.

So far, we’ve discovered how to have faith in God instead of fear through the stories of Joshua, Caleb, and Gideon. These powerful Bible lessons are helping our campers learn that no challenge is too big when we trust the Lord.

The adventure continues!
