It’s easy to think, “Once this door opens, once I get the opportunity, once the dream finally happens… then God can really use me.” Really? What about right now?

Joseph wasn’t only useful when he reached the palace. God was working on him, in him, and through him long before that.

Pastor Lynton said it this way: “God is not merely preparing the dream for you. He is preparing you for the dream.”

So don’t despise where you are because it doesn’t look like where you thought you’d be. There may be things you’re learning here that you’ll need there. 🙌🏼

Maybe you’ve had a lot on your heart lately. Maybe you’ve been praying about something nobody else knows about. Or maybe you’re in a season where you just want to be close to Jesus.

Our hands may look different, but our hearts can still be reaching toward the same God. And when we reach for Him, He has a way of using our lives to reach somebody else, too.

So wherever you are today, keep reaching. He’s right there. 🙏🏽💙

Before they head back to classrooms, hallways, teachers, and friends, we covered them in prayer. 🙏💙

Our church family gathered around our students, praying for God’s protection, wisdom, courage, and favor as they begin a new school year.

May they walk into every classroom knowing God goes before them, walks beside them, and has a purpose for them. 📚✨

Waiting doesn’t mean your life has been put on hold. Jesus spent thirty years outside the public spotlight before His ministry began. Those years weren’t wasted. There was purpose in the preparation!

And sometimes the waiting takes a little longer because, well… we’re stubborn. We’re convinced we know what’s best, even with a little trash and debris over our shoulder proving otherwise.

There’s freedom in finally saying, “Lord, I don’t have to be in charge. Your will, not mine.” 🙏🏼

That’s really where it comes down to lordship. Who gets the final say?

What a Sunday we had! The joy was contagious! ✨💚 Our cKids lit up the stage with a special Glow Worship experience during "Celebration" by Forrest Frank, reminding us that praising Jesus is something to celebrate at every age! 🎉🙌

There's nothing like seeing the next generation worship with bold faith and joyful hearts. 💙

Sometimes the place you never wanted to be becomes the place where your direction changes. The job didn’t work out. The relationship ended. The opportunity passed you by. And in the middle of it, you’re wondering, “God, what happened?”

Joseph probably had a few questions from the bottom of that pit, too. But the pit was not punishment. It was only a means of transition. 🙌🏼

You don’t have to understand every part of the road to keep trusting Jesus. Keep walking. Sometimes it takes looking back to realize just how much your direction changed along the way.

Life has a way of piling things on our hearts, but God never asks us to face them by ourselves. He invites us to bring every worry, every hope, every unanswered question, and every need to Him in prayer. 🙏🏽

Scripture reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." When we pray, we're not just speaking into the air. We're placing our trust in a faithful God who hears us, loves us, and is already at work.
