Today, June 2, 2026, marks a special milestone in the life of Progressive Missionary Baptist Church.
Seven years ago today, on June 2, 2019, God brought together a Pastor and a People and began a journey that has been marked by faith, perseverance, growth, challenges, victories, and countless blessings.
In Scripture, the number 7 represents completion, spiritual perfection, and God’s divine work brought to fulfillment. As we celebrate seven years of pastoral ministry together, we pause to thank God for His faithfulness every step of the way. Through seasons of joy and seasons of uncertainty, God has proven Himself to be our provider, protector, and guide.
We are grateful for every member, every family, every prayer, every act of service, and every sacrifice that has helped shape the ministry of Progressive Missionary Baptist Church. What God has done over these seven years is a testimony to what can happen when a church and its pastor walk together in faith and unity.
As we celebrate this milestone, we do not simply look back—we look ahead with expectation. We believe the best is yet to come. God is still writing our story. There are still souls to reach, disciples to make, ministries to strengthen, and community impact to create. Our vision remains clear: Seek Christ. Know Christ. Serve Christ.
To the members and friends of Progressive Missionary Baptist Church, thank you for the relationship God has brought together. To God be the glory for seven years of partnership, purpose, and progress.
