Easter is a day about fresh life. It is a day about resurrection, rebirth, or being born again. And it is a day about second chances. This is your second chance. This is your new day. This is the day to right the wrongs, this is the day to say I love you if you’ve been putting it off, this is the day to make that step that will change your life for the better, this is the day to say I’m sorry or accept that apology, this is the day to love God, and love others, and love yourself knowing that no matter what the world says or what we think on our worst day, this is the day that shows us what is best, true, and good. The body of Christ was broken because of our sins. The light of Christ is given in order to show us the goodness of God that rests within us all. May we never lose touch with it. May it ever shine through us to illumine others.

Holy Saturday is the day in which we mark the three days that Jesus lay dead in his tomb. Learning to deal gracefully with death is part of learning to deal ...

Maundy Thursday reflection: how different would we be in this world if we genuinely bought into Jesus's profound (and we'd say naïve) idea that love is the best thing on earth?

Maundy comes from the Latin word for mandate or commandment. In this video Chaplain Caleb reflects on what it means to follow the final commandments that Jes...

Hello folks! In preparation for the upcoming season of Lent we have made and posted a few more guided meditations, focusing on cultivating and sharing forgiveness, peace, and happiness. We'll make more focused guided meditations and post them in the coming weeks. You can find them here or on our YEAH App. Be well!

Following Jesus can be a challenge. Sometimes that challenge is finding peace in a troubled world. Focus Texts “Come to me, all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will f...
