President and Sister Howard threw a pig pickin’ barbecue for all the senior missionaries (that includes us) as to say goodbye in Eastern North Carolina, what a treat!! Its call a pig pickin’ because you get to pick out the part of the pig that is your favorite. We had hoho cake, pig picken’ cake and hush puppies to name just a few of the delicacies. We love North Carolina and all of the absolutely amazing senior missionaries who are so critical to the work here🩷 Thank you wonderful Howards💕

And then WE were gone. we had our last zone conference with Greenville, Goldsboro, and Fayetteville. No tears are left… just wonderful memories of our three years in the Raleigh NC Mission. What a privilege it has been to serve with our 709 missionaries over the last three years🥳

We loved being with our missionaries from Raleigh South, Raleigh East, Raleigh West and Wake Forest zones. Its hard to say goodbye for now❤️

We were able to go to dinner with our incredible consecrated office missionaries!
I cannot begin to describe all the important jobs they perform behind the scenes that make our mission function beautifully. They are always one call away from any need we have or any other missionary, they are loved by all of us❤️

Today we said goodbye to our missionaries in Apex, Durham and Sandhill, Mebane and our service missionaries. How proud we are to have served with these fantastic missionaries! I wish you could have heard their heartfelt testimonies, the world is in good hands 🩷 You may see Sister Stevens hugging the Elders, I’ve waited their entire mission to do so. I guess they can send me home early🥰
